When added to your order, shipping insurance may cover:

Is Shipping Insurance Required?

No. Shipping insurance is optional.

You may choose whether or not to add it at checkout.

How Coverage Works

If you purchase shipping insurance:

When Should I File a Claim?

You may file a claim if your order experiences one of the following:

If your tracking has not updated and your parcel has not been delivered within the carrier’s expected timeframe.

Damaged Item

If your order arrives damaged or unusable.

Stolen / Missing Delivery

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package.

Excessive Delay

If delivery takes significantly longer than the normal shipping window.

Please note: Claims must be submitted within SEEL’s required time limits.


How to File a Shipping Insurance Claim

If your order included shipping insurance and you experience a delivery issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Locate your order confirmation email.

  2. Use your order number and email address to access SEEL’s claims portal.

  3. Submit the required information, which may include:

    • Order details

    • Tracking information

    • Photos (for damaged items)

    • Additional documentation (if requested)

  4. Wait for SEEL’s review and decision.

SEEL will contact you directly regarding the status of your claim.


How Will I Be Compensated?

If your claim is approved, SEEL may provide compensation in the form of:

  • A refund of the covered item value

  • Store credit (where applicable)

  • Electronic payment (depending on availability)

Compensation is issued by SEEL according to their policy terms.


What If I Did Not Purchase Shipping Insurance?

If you did not add shipping insurance to your order and experience a delivery issue:

  • Please contact our customer support team immediately.

  • We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

  • Resolution may depend on the carrier’s liability decision.

Without insurance, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in all cases.
